摘 要:共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征和本质要求,数字技术是推动共同富裕实现的内生动力。基于城市经验证据研究数字技术创新的共同富裕效应,对理解和评估中国数字技术创新的共同富裕效应,具有普遍意义和价值,也为我国因地制宜发展数字技术、发挥数字技术创新在实现共同富裕中的作用提供科学依据。从共同富裕的内涵出发,构建包含“富裕”“共同”“可持续”三个维度的共同富裕指标体系,依据我国277个城市2008—2021年的面板数据构建固定效应模型,并通过内生性处理和稳健性检验保证所构建模型的有效性和可靠性,揭示数字技术创新对共同富裕的影响机制。研究结果表明:数字技术创新显著提升了城市的共同富裕水平,且这种效应在东部地区尤为明显;数字技术创新能够通过提升城市绿色全要素能源效率和促进产业结构升级两条路径助力共同富裕;数字技术创新的共同富裕效应随城市类型不同而具有异质性,东部、中部地区城市的效果明显优于西部和东北地区城市,非资源型、环保重点城市的效果明显高于资源型和非环保重点城市,老工业城市的这一效应略低于非老工业城市。基于上述研究,提出数字技术创新赋能共同富裕的政策建议:促进区域协调发展,优化数字技术创新资源配置;结合资源禀赋特征,推动资源型城市数字化转型;加强环保政策引导,发挥数字技术创新的绿色效应;推动产业数字化,加强省会城市的溢出效应。本研究不仅为实现共同富裕提供了新的实证支持,也为区域政策制定提供了参考依据。Common prosperity is an important feature and essential requirement of Chinese path to modernization,and digital technology is the endogenous power to promote common prosperity.Based on urban empirical evidence,studying the common prosperity effect of digital technology innovation has more universal significance and value for understanding and evaluating the common prosperity effect of China’s digital technology innovation.It also provides scientific basis for China to develop digital technology according to local conditions and play the role of digital technology innovation in achieving common prosperity.This study starts from the connotation of common prosperity and constructs a common prosperity indicator system that includes three dimensions:“prosperity”,“common”,and“sustainability”.Based on panel data from 277 cities in China from 2008 to 2021,a fixed effects model is constructed,and the effectiveness and reliability of the constructed model are ensured through endogeneity processing and robustness testing,revealing the impact mechanism of digital technology innovation on common prosperity.The research results indicate that digital technology innovation has significantly improved the level of common prosperity in cities,and this effect is particularly evident in the eastern region;Digital technology innovation can help achieve common prosperity through improving urban green total factor energy efficiency and promoting industrial structure upgrading;The common prosperity effect of digital technology innovation varies with different types of cities,with the effect of eastern and central cities being significantly better than that of western and northeastern cities.The effect of non resource-based and environmentally friendly key cities is significantly higher than that of resource-based and non environmentally friendly key cities,and the effect of old industrial cities is slightly lower than that of non old industrial cities.Based on the above research,policy recommendations for empowering common
