预注不同剂量维库溴铵对糖尿病患者腹腔镜疝修补术麻醉时维库溴铵起效速度和插管剂量的影响

摘　　要：目的预注不同剂量维库溴铵对糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者腹腔镜疝修补术麻醉时维库溴铵起效速度和插管剂量的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2024年10月镇江市丹徒区人民医院收治的行腹腔镜疝修补术的DM患者60例为研究对象,按麻醉方法的不同分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组预注剂量0.05 mg/kg维库溴铵,观察组预注剂量0.07 mg/kg维库溴铵。比较两组起效时间以及作用时间、不同时间点心率(heart rate,HR)、平均动脉压(mean arterial pressure,MAP)、血糖情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组起效时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组作用时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不同时间点HR、MAP、血糖水平对比,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维库溴铵预注剂量为0.07 mg/kg,有利于缩短起效时间,保证正常作用时间,且不会影响患者HR、MAP以及血糖指标。Objective The effect of different doses of vecuronium pre-injection on the onset speed and intubation dose of vecuronium during laparoscopic hernia repair anesthesia in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 60 DM patients who underwent laparoscopic hernia repair in Zhenjiang City Dantu District People's Hospital from January 2019 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different anesthesia methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was pre-injected with 0.05 mg/kg vecuronium,and the observation group was pre-injected with 0.07 mg/kg vecuronium.The onset time,action time,heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),blood glucose at different time points and ad-verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no signifi-cant difference in the time of action between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in HR,MAP and blood glucose levels between the two groups at different time points(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the case of a pre-injection dose of 0.07 mg/kg of vecuronium,it is beneficial to shorten the onset time and ensure the normal action time,and will not affect the patient's HR,MAP and blood glucose indicators.
