司美格鲁肽注射液联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病合并心绞痛的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探究司美格鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病心绞痛的作用。方法回顾性选取2023年2月-2024年3月在泉州市第一医院老年病分院就诊的96例2型糖尿病合并心绞痛患者的临床资料,按照不同的治疗方案分组。两组均口服阿托伐他汀钙片预防心绞痛。对照组(48例)口服二甲双胍控糖,研究组(48例)在对照组基础上皮下注射司美格鲁肽注射液。治疗前后,对比两组血糖指标、心绞痛症状、心功能、不良反应。结果与对照组治疗后相比,研究组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平较低,研究组ST段异常及缺血型T波发生率均更低,研究组每搏输出量、每分钟输出量、左室射血分数水平更高,氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。组间不良反应发生率方面对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病心绞痛患者实施司美格鲁肽注射液联合二甲双胍治疗,能够降低血糖、改善心绞痛症状并提高患者心功能。Objective To explore the effect of smeglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetic angina pectoris.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with angina pecto-ris in the Quanzhou First Hospital Elderly Hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into groups according to different treatment methods.Both groups were given oral atorvastatin calcium tab-lets to prevent angina pectoris.The control group(48 cases)was treated with metformin orally,and the study group(48 cases)was treated with subcutaneous injection of smeglutide injection on the basis of the control group.Before and af-ter treatment,the blood glucose indexes,angina symptoms,cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the study group after treatment were lower,and the incidences of ST segment abnormality and isch-emic T wave in the study group were lower,the stroke volume,crdiac output and left ventricular ejection fraction in the study group were higher,and the level of N-termnal pro-brain natruretic peptde was lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment of type 2 diabetic angina pectoris with semaglutide injection com-bined with metformin can reduce blood glucose levels,improve angina symptoms and improve cardiac function.
