探讨糖尿病并结直肠癌应用地特胰岛素联合奥沙利铂治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病并结直肠癌治疗中应用地特胰岛素联合奥沙利铂的作用。方法回顾性选取2023年2月-2024年5月泉州市第一医院收治的130例糖尿病并结直肠癌患者的临床资料,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组(实施谷赖胰岛素联合奥沙利铂治疗,n=65)和观察组(实施地特胰岛素联合奥沙利铂治疗,n=65),对比两组治疗有效率、血糖及肿瘤标志物水平。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组甲胎蛋白、癌胚蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施地特胰岛素联合奥沙利铂可显著提升糖尿病并结直肠癌患者治疗效率,改善整体血糖水平。Objective To explore the effect of insulin detemir combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with diabetes mellitus and colorectal cancer admitted to the Quanzhou First Hospital from February 2023 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into control group(treated with insulin glulisine combined with oxalipla-tin,n=65)and observation group(treated with insulin detemir combined with oxaliplatin,n=65).The treatment effi-ciency,blood glucose and tumor markers levels were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of alpha-fetoprotein,carcinoembryonic protein,fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of insulin detemir combined with ox-aliplatin can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients with diabetes mellitus and colorectal cancer,and improve the overall blood glucose level.
