达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病伴腹型肥胖的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究达格列净+二甲双胍用于治疗2型糖尿病伴腹型肥胖患者的临床效果。方法将2022年3月-2024年3月平邑县人民医院内分泌科收治的66例2型糖尿病伴腹型肥胖患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组(33例)予二甲双胍治疗,观察组(33例)予达格列净与二甲双胍治疗,疗程3个月,比较两组血糖、身体指标和血脂水平。结果治疗3个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、腰围和腰臀比、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论达格列净与二甲双胍的联合使用在降低血糖、改善肥胖和血脂水平方面效果更佳。Objective To explore the clinical effect of dapagliflozin+metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mel-litus with abdominal obesity.Methods From March 2022 to March 2024,a total of 66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and abdominal obesity admitted to the Department of Endocrinology in the People's Hospital of Pingyi County were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(33 cases)was treated with metformin,and the observation group(33 cases)was treated with dapagliflozin and metformin for 3 months.The blood glucose,body indexes and blood lipid levels of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,body mass index,waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dapagliflozin and metformin is more effective in reducing blood glucose,im-proving obesity and blood lipid levels.
