司美格鲁肽、德谷胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病超重患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨司美格鲁肽与德谷胰岛素、二甲双胍联合用药对血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病超重患者的治疗效果。方法按照治疗方法不同,将2021年1月-2024年6月东海县人民医院内分泌科收集的血糖控制不佳的超重2型糖尿病患者60例分为对照组(30例,应用二甲双胍联合德谷胰岛素)、研究组(30例,应用二甲双胍联合德谷胰岛素、司美格鲁肽)。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛素抵抗指数、体重及血脂指标。结果治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、体重、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平相比于对照组均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病超重患者血糖控制欠佳时,将二甲双胍、德谷胰岛素、司美格鲁肽联用具有显著的疗效,能够降低胰岛素抵抗,提高血糖控制效果,对体重进行控制,对血脂水平进行调节。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of smeglutide combined with insulin degludec and metfor-min on overweight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood glucose control.Methods According to differ-ent treatment methods,sixty overweight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor blood glucose control were col-lected from the Department of Endocrinology of Donghai County People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2024 were divided into control group(30 cases,metformin combined with insulin degludec)and study group(30 cases,met-formin combined with insulin degludec and semaglutide).The blood glucose indexes,insulin resistance index,body weight and blood lipid indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,insulin resistance index,body weight,to-tal cholesterol and triglyceride in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion When the blood glucose control of overweight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is poor,the combination of metformin,insulin degludec and smeglutide has a significant effect,which can reduce insulin resistance,improve the effect of blood glucose control,control body weight and regulate blood lipid levels.
