摘 要:目的分析回授法健康教育对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者自我管理能力及依从性的影响。方法选取2022年1-12月临沂市中医医院收治的T2DM患者共82例作为研究对象,按干预方式的不同分为两组,各41例。在规范治疗的同时,对照组予以常规健康教育,研究组予以回授法健康教育。比较两组干预后3个月后患者知识掌握和自我管理能力评分、依从性、护理满意度情况。结果干预3个月后,观察组患者知识掌握、自我管理能力、用药、生活、饮食、运动依从性评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对T2DM予以回授法健康教育,可提高患者认知程度,强化其自我管理能力和依从性,可确保护理满意度的提高。Objective To analyze the effect of teach-back health education on self-management ability and compli-ance of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 82 patients with T2DM admitted to Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods,with 41 cases in each group.At the same time of standardized treatment,the control group was given routine health education,and the observation group was given teach-back health education.The scores of patients'knowledge mastery and self-management ability,compli-ance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after 3 months of intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of knowledge mastery,self-management ability,medication,life,diet and exercise compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of teach-back method for T2DM can improve the cognitive level of patients,strengthen their self-management ability and compli-ance,and ensure the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
