精细化专科护理在老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析给予老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者精细化专科护理的价值。方法选取2021年11月-2023年10月商河县人民医院收治的81例老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者,按护理方法的不同分组,研究组(40例)采用精细化专科护理,参比组(41例)实施常规护理,比较两组血糖指标、生活质量和护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于参比组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,研究组生活质量(躯体、精神、心理和社会)评分均高于参比组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年2型糖尿病合并肺部感染患者中实施精细化专科护理,能够有效控制血糖水平,促进生活质量和护理满意度的提升。Objective To analyze the value of fine specialized nursing for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes melli-tus complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 81 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus compli-cated with pulmonary infection admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.The study group(40 cases)received fine special-ized nursing,and the reference group(41 cases)received routine nursing.The blood glucose indexes,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glu-cose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life(physical,mental,psychological and social)in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine specialized nursing in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary infection can effectively control blood glucose levels and promote the improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
