医院-家庭营养管理模式护理在1型糖尿病患儿中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨对1型糖尿病患儿采用医院-家庭营养管理模式护理干预后的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月-2024年7月临沭县人民医院收治的48例1型糖尿病患儿,按不同的护理模式分组,每组24例,参照组采用传统常规护理模式,研究组采用医院-家庭营养管理模式护理。对比两组护理总依从率、低血糖发生率、生存质量评分、血糖指标水平。结果与参照组比较,研究组护理总依从率更高,低血糖发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,与参照组比较,研究组生存质量评分、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及餐后2 h血糖水平均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床对1型糖尿病患儿给予护理期间,医院-家庭营养管理模式的应用,可显著提升患儿的护理依从性,降低低血糖发生率,并且有效提升患儿的生存质量,降低血糖水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hospital-family nutrition management mode nursing inter-vention on children with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 48 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus admit-ted to Linshu County People's Hospital from February 2020 to July 2024 were selected and grouped according to dif-ferent nursing modes,with 24 cases in each group.The reference group adopted the traditional routine nursing mode,and the study group adopted the hospital-family nutrition management nursing mode.The total nursing compliance rate,incidence of hypoglycemia,quality of life scores and blood glucose index levels were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the total nursing compliance rate in the study group was higher,the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nurs-ing,compared with the reference group,the quality of life scores and the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated he-moglobin A1c and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical nursing of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus,the ap-plication of hospital-family nutrition management mode can significantly improve the nursing compliance of children,significantly reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia,and effectively improve the quality of life of children,and signifi-cantly reduce the blood glucose level of children.
