骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骨折合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理干预的效果。方法选取2023年4月-2024年4月在徐州市矿务集团总医院进行治疗的90例骨折合并糖尿病患者,按照护理方法的不同分为两组(45例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期护理。对比两组并发症发生率、血糖指标。结果观察组并发症发生率更低,护理后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论围手术期护理用于骨折合并糖尿病患者中能够降低其并发症发生率和血糖指标水平。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on fracture patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 90 patients with fracture and diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to differ-ent nursing methods(45 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given peri-operative nursing.The incidence of complications and blood glucose indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,after nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing for patients with fracture and diabetes mellitus can reduce the incidence of complications and blood glucose levels.
