奥伦自理模式应用于急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者术后护理中的效果与可行性探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨奥伦自理模式在急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者术后护理中的应用效果与可行性。方法选取2022年1月-2024年8月在泰州市第四人民医院胃肠外科接受手术治疗的80例急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者,根据不同护理方法分为两组。常规组(40例)接受常规护理干预,观察组(40例)接受基于奥伦自理模式的护理策略。对比两组血糖水平、负性情绪评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,自我管理能力评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为95.00%(38/40),高于常规组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。结论在急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者的术后护理中,应用奥伦自理模式能够显著提升患者的自我管理能力及护理满意度,并有效降低血糖水平。Objective To explore the application effect and feasibility of Oren self-care model in postoperative nurs-ing of patients with acute appendicitis and diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2022 to August 2024,a total of 80 patients with acute appendicitis and diabetes mellitus who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Gas-trointestinal Surgery of Taizhou Fourth People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to differ-ent nursing methods.The conventional group(40 cases)received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group(40 cases)received nursing strategy based on Oren self-care model.The blood glucose level,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the scores of self-management ability were higher than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observa-tion group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Conclusion In the postoperative nursing of patients with acute appen-dicitis and diabetes mellitus,the application of Oren self-care model can significantly improve the patient's self-management ability and nursing satisfaction,and effectively reduce the blood glucose level.
