摘　　要：目的探究选择应用耳穴埋籽与饮食护理联合方法对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法依据护理方法的不同将2022年3月-2024年3月在宜兴市第六人民医院就诊的66例2型糖尿病患者分成对照组(n=33,采用常规护理)、观察组(n=33,采用常规护理、耳穴埋籽与饮食护理联合干预)。比较两组糖脂代谢指标、护理满意度。结果干预后,与对照组相比,观察组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平更高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施耳穴埋籽与饮食护理联合干预方法可以改善2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢水平,且护理满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of ear acupoint seed embedding combined with diet nursing on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods According to the different nursing methods,66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in Yixing Sixth People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were divided into the control group(n=33,was treated with routine nursing)and the observation group(n=33,was treated with routine nursing,ear acupoint seed embedding and diet nursing).The glucose and lipid metabo-lism indexes and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher,and the levels of fasting blood glu-cose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the ob-servation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of ear acupoint seed embedding and diet nursing can improve the level of glu-cose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the nursing satisfaction is higher.
