摘　　要：目的探析基于动态血糖监测的个体化护理用于妊娠期糖尿病的干预效果。方法选择2023年1月-2024年5月太仓市第一人民医院接收的86例妊娠期糖尿病患者,依据不同护理方法分组,对照组(43例)予以常规护理干预,研究组(43例)予以基于动态血糖监测的个体化护理。比较两组血糖水平、知信行评分、护理依从率、不良妊娠结局发生率。结果护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后1 h、2 h血糖水平更低,糖尿病认知水平、血糖监测认同感、血糖监测依从性评分均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理依从率更高,不良妊娠结局发生率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论实施基于动态血糖监测的个体化护理可使妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖状态更稳定,提升知信行评分,增强护理依从性,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing based on dynamic blood glucose monitoring on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus received by the First People's Hospital of Taicang City from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.The control group(43 cases)was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group(43 cases)was given individualized nursing based on dynamic blood glucose monitoring.The blood glucose levels,knowledge-attitude-practice score,nursing compliance rate and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,1-hour and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower,and the scores of diabetes cognition level,blood glucose monitoring identity and blood glucose monitoring compliance were higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the study group was higher,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing based on dynamic blood glucose monitoring can make the blood glucose status of gestational diabetes mellitus patients more stable,improve the knowledge-attitude-practice score,enhance nursing compliance,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
