询问-评估-建议-帮助-随访护理模式在2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松老年患者中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松老年患者接受询问-评估-建议-帮助-随访护理模式的效果。方法依据护理方式的不同,将2023年1月-2024年10月晋江市医院接受治疗的106例2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松老年患者分为对照组、观察组,各53例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受询问-评估-建议-帮助-随访护理模式。比较两组血糖控制水平、疾病不确定感、自我保护动机及生活质量。结果干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。干预后,与对照组相比,观察组血糖波幅更优,疾病不确定感各指标评分更低,自我保护动机和生活质量评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论询问-评估-建议-帮助-随访护理模式可有效提高2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松老年患者的血糖控制水平,降低疾病不确定感的同时提高自我保护动机及生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of inquiry-assessment-suggestion-help-follow-up nursing model in el-derly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.Methods According to different nursing methods,a total of 106 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis who were treated in Jinjiang Hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received inquiry-assessment-suggestion-help-follow-up nursing model.Blood glucose control levels,disease uncertainty,self-protection motivation and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,there were no significant difference in fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose between the two groups(both P>0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the amplitude of blood glucose in the observation group was better,the scores of disease uncertainty were lower,the scores of self-protection motivation and quality of life were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The inquiry-assessment-suggestion-help-follow-up nursing model can effectively improve the blood glucose control level of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis,reduce the uncertainty of disease,and improve the self-protection motivation and quality of life.
