优质护理配合健康教育在内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理配合健康教育对内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者的护理效果。方法择取2022年2月-2023年11月淮安市第五人民医院收治的86例内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者,按不同护理方法分为常规组(常规护理)、研究组(优质护理配合健康教育),各43例。对比两组血糖水平、自我管理、不良情绪评分及满意度。结果护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、自我管理评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理配合健康教育对内分泌失调合并糖尿病患者的护理效果明显,可降低患者的血糖水平,改善其不良情绪,提高护理满意度。Objective To analyze nursing effect of high quality nursing combined with health education on patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 86 patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes mellitus admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Huai'an from February 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into routine group(routine nursing)and study group(high quality nursing combined with health education)ac-cording to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The blood glucose levels,self-management,bad mood score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and scores of self-management,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the study group were better than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing com-bined with health education has obvious nursing effect on patients with endocrine disorders and diabetes mellitus,which can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve their bad mood and improve nursing satisfaction.
