参芪地黄汤加减治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究参芪地黄汤加减方治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法选择2023年6月-2024年7月福建省泉州市泉港区医院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者68例,以治疗方法不同分对照组(34例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(34例,参芪地黄汤加减方治疗),评估两种治疗方案对中医证候积分、血糖指标、肾功能指标、超敏C反应蛋白的影响。结果治疗后,两组口干舌燥、神疲乏力、自汗盗汗、腰膝酸软评分均低于治疗前,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、尿微量白蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且观察组各项中医证候积分、血糖指标、肾功能指标、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论参芪地黄汤加减方在早期糖尿病肾病治疗上的效果较为理想,更有利于改善患者的临床症状、血糖和肾功能指标,减轻炎症反应。Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of early dia-betic nephropathy.Methods A total of 68 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Quanzhou Quangang District Hospital from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into control group(34 cases,conventional Western medicine treatment)and observation group(34 cases,modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction treatment)accord-ing to different treatment methods.The effects of the two treatment regimens on traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,blood glucose indexes,renal function indexes,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were evaluated.Results After treatment,the scores of dry mouth and tongue,lassitude,spontaneous perspiration and night sweats,and sore-ness and weakness of waist and knees in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,creatinine,urea nitrogen,urinary mi-croalbumin,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were lower than those before treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,blood glucose indexes,renal function indexes,and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of early diabetic ne-phropathy is ideal,which is more conducive to improving the clinical symptoms,blood glucose and renal function in-dexes of patients and reducing the inflammatory response.
