达格列净联合利拉鲁肽注射液在2型糖尿病肾病患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨达格列净联合利拉鲁肽注射液在2型糖尿病肾病(type 2 diabetic nephropathy,T2DN)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年10月-2024年9月商河县人民医院收治的180例T2DN患者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,各90例。对照组采用达格列净治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用利拉鲁肽注射液治疗。比较两组血糖水平、胰岛功能、肾功能及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血清尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿白蛋白水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于对照组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用达格列净与利拉鲁肽注射液联合治疗T2DN患者,可以改善其血糖水平与胰岛功能,促进肾功能恢复。Objective To investigate the application effect of dapagliflozin combined with liraglutide injection in pa-tients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy(T2DN).Methods A total of 180 patients with T2DN admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from October 2023 to September 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dapagliflozin,and the study group was treated with liraglutide injection on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,islet function,renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin,serum urea nitro-gen,serum creatinine,urinary albumin and insulin resistance index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the isletβ-cell function index was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of dapagliflozin and liraglutide injection in the treatment of T2DN patients can improve their blood glucose level and islet function,and promote the recovery of renal function.
