摘 要:2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者常伴胰岛素抵抗,会损害神经元及脑功能,影响认知能力。鉴于此,本文将综述T2DM与认知障碍的关联,探讨血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗、炎症、氧化应激、糖化终产物、共存疾病、大脑结构变化和基因相关性等潜在机制,并在治疗方面,强调生活方式干预、药物治疗、中医治疗等综合方案的可行性。Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)are often accompanied by insulin resistance,which can dam-age neurons and brain function and affect cognitive ability.In view of this,this article will review the association be-tween T2DM and cognitive impairment,and explore potential mechanisms such as blood glucose levels,insulin resis-tance,inflammation,oxidative stress,advanced glycation end products,coexisting diseases,brain structural changes,and genetic correlation.In terms of treatment,it emphasizes the feasibility of comprehensive programs such as lifestyle intervention,drug treatment,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
