摘　　要：随着我国2型糖尿病患者的日益增多,胰腺脂肪沉积对2型糖尿病的影响逐渐受到广泛关注。目前研究发现胰腺脂肪沉积可能导致胰岛β细胞功能障碍,可能是2型糖尿病的危险因素之一。本文从胰腺脂肪沉积与2型糖尿病的相关性、胰腺脂肪含量的检测方法、胰腺脂肪沉积对2型糖尿病的影响机制以及解决胰腺脂肪堆积的潜在治疗方法进行综述。With the increasing number of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in China,the effect of pancreatic fat deposition on type 2 diabetes mellitus has gradually attracted widespread attention.Current studies have found that pancreatic fat deposition may lead to isletβ-cell dysfunction,which may be one of the risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus.This article reviews the correlation between pancreatic fat deposition and type 2 diabetes mellitus,the detec-tion methods of pancreatic fat content,the mechanism of pancreatic fat deposition on type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the potential treatment methods to solve pancreatic fat accumulation.
