摘　　要：随着全球肥胖和糖尿病发病率的不断攀升,肥胖型2型糖尿病已成为严重威胁人类健康的公共卫生问题。近年来,中西医结合治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的研究与实践取得了突破性进展。通过融合中医的整体观念、辨证施治与西医的精准医疗技术,为患者提供了更为全面、个性化的治疗方案。本研究旨在探讨中西医结合疗法在改善血糖控制、促进体重减轻、降低并发症风险等方面的临床疗效,以期为肥胖型2型糖尿病患者带来更佳的治疗选择和预后效果。With the increasing incidence of obesity and diabetes mellitus in the world,obese type 2 diabetes mellitus has become a public health problem that seriously threatens human health.In recent years,the research and practice of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus has made breakthrough progress.By integrating the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,syndrome differentiation and precise medical technology of Western medicine,it provides patients with a more comprehensive and personalized treatment plan.The purpose of this study was to explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in improving blood glucose control,promoting weight loss,and reducing the risk of complications,in order to bring better treatment options and prognosis for obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
