摘　　要：2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并肥胖是一种常见且危害严重的慢性疾病,二者并存时,相互影响,不仅会造成血糖、血脂代谢紊乱,还会显著增加心血管疾病、微血管病变等多种并发症的发生风险。现代医学针对该病症虽有诸多治疗手段,但存在一定局限性及不良反应。而中医药在辨证论治思想的指导下,展现出独特优势与特点。本文就中医药治疗T2DM合并肥胖近年来的研究进行综述。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)combined with obesity is a common and serious chronic disease.When the two coexist and interact with each other,it will not only cause blood glucose and lipid metabolism disorders,but also significantly increase the risk of cardiovascular disease,microvascular disease and other complications.Although there are many treatments for this disease in modern medicine,there are some limitations and adverse reactions.Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine shows unique advantages and characteristics.This article reviews the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of T2DM with obesity in recent years.
