摘　　要：目的 分析青敷膏外敷对糖尿病皮肤感染患者感染愈合的影响。方法 选取2019年10月—2023年9月淮安市中医院和东海县中医院收治的糖尿病皮肤感染患者70例,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组及对照组,各35例。在西药常规治疗基础上,对照组使用注射用头孢呋辛钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上接受外敷青敷膏治疗,比较两组炎症面积、愈合天数、愈合速率及生化指标水平。结果 治疗组愈合天数及治疗后炎症面积小于对照组,愈合速率大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞计数、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论青敷膏可以减少糖尿病皮肤感染患者愈合时间,加快愈合速率,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of external application of Qingfu Ointment on the healing of infection in patients with diabetic skin infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic skin infection admitted to Huai'an Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Donghai County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to September 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into treatment group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium for injection,and the treatment group was treated with external application of Qingfu Ointment on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory area,healing days,healing rate and biochemical index levels were compared between the two groups.Results The healing days and inflammatory area after treatment in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,and the healing rate was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,white blood cells count,glycated hemoglobin A1c and fasting plasma glucose in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Qingfu Ointment can reduce the healing time of patients with diabetic skin infection and accelerate the healing rate,which has certain clinical application value.
