摘　　要：目的 分析延续性护理结合微信群健康管理对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法 选择2022年1月—2024年1月山东省潍坊市益都中心医院收治的160例2型糖尿病患者,按照护理措施的不同将其分为参照组(n=80,常规疾病管理)和观察组(n=80,延续性护理结合微信群健康管理)。比较两组治疗依从评分、生活质量评分、血糖指标、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组治疗依从评分、生活质量评分均高于参照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 延续性护理结合微信群健康管理积极开展于2型糖尿病患者中的效果确切,可显著提高患者的治疗依从性、生活质量及护理满意度,同时可显著降低患者的血糖水平。Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing combined with WeChat group health management on blood glucose control and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,a total of 160 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Yidu Central Hospital of Weifang,Shandong Province were selected and divided into reference group(n=80,routine disease management) and observation group(n=80,continuous nursing combined with WeChat group health management) according to different nursing measures.The treatment compliance score,quality of life score,blood glucose indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the treatment compliance score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the reference group,and the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing combined with WeChat group health management is effective in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can significantly improve the treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and significantly reduce the blood glucose level of patients.
