摘　　要：目的 探究在糖尿病前期患者中应用多学科协作健康管理干预的临床效果。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年9月广西壮族自治区人民医院门诊部收治的100例糖尿病前期患者。根据不同的干预方法分为两组,每组50例,对照组采用常规管理干预,研究组给予多学科协作健康管理干预,对比分析不同方法下两组患者的血糖水平、护理满意度、依从性。结果 研究组护理满意度、总依从率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在糖尿病前期患者中应用促进多学科协作健康管理干预,临床效果显著,有利于提高患者的护理满意度和依从性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of multidisciplinary collaborative health management intervention in patients with prediabetes.Methods A total of 100 patients with prediabetes admitted to the Department of Outpatient in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management intervention,and the study group was given multidisciplinary collaborative health management intervention.The blood glucose levels,nursing satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction and total compliance rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of promoting multidisciplinary collaborative health management intervention in patients with prediabetes has a significant clinical effect,which is conducive to improving patients' nursing satisfaction and compliance.
