参芪降糖片联合揿针对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 分析在气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者治疗中采用参芪降糖片联合揿针的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年8月—2024年6月三明市中西医结合医院收治的80例诊断为气阴两虚型的2型糖尿病患者。按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。两组患者均遵循医嘱给予规律性胰岛素皮下注射。对照组进行参芪降糖片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上进行中医揿针治疗。比较两组血糖水平、中医证候积分、生活质量评分、临床疗效。结果 治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、中医证候积分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者治疗中采用参芪降糖片联合揿针,可进一步提高临床治疗效果,确保患者血糖水平控制在合理范围内,并改善患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods From August 2023 to June 2024,80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus diagnosed as deficiency of both qi and yin were selected from Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given regular subcutaneous insulin injection according to the doctor's advice.The control group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine thumbtack needle on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets combined with thumbtack needle in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin can further improve the clinical treatment effect,ensure that the blood glucose level of patients is controlled within a reasonable range,and improve the quality of life of patients.
