穴位艾灸对2型糖尿病合并失眠患者血糖控制效果、失眠症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析2型糖尿病合并失眠患者采取穴位艾灸的临床效果。方法 回顾性选取2023年5月—2024年11月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的120例2型糖尿病合并失眠患者的临床资料,依治疗方案不同分为对照组、观察组,均60例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行穴位艾灸。对比两组血糖控制效果、失眠症状、生活质量。结果 干预后,观察组平均血糖波幅、神疲评分、烦躁评分、不寐评分、寐而不酣评分、2型糖尿病生活质量量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 穴位艾灸相比于常规治疗方案能够进一步提高2型糖尿病合并失眠患者的血糖控制效果,减轻失眠症状,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupoint moxibustion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia admitted to Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2023to November 2024 were retrospectively selected.According to different treatment schemes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with acupoint moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose control effect,insomnia symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the average blood glucose amplitude,mental fatigue score,irritability score,insomnia score,insomnia score and Type 2 Diabetes Quality of Life Scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional treatment,acupoint moxibustion can further improve the blood glucose control effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with insomnia,reduce insomnia symptoms and improve the quality of life.
