摘　　要：目的 分析针刺联合六味地黄丸治疗对糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢及血糖水平的影响。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月在宜昌市中心人民医院收治的80例糖尿病患者,根据不同的治疗方法进行分组,各40例。对照组进行二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上进行针刺联合六味地黄丸治疗,对比两组治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数、糖脂代谢指标水平改善情况。结果 治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 针刺联合六味地黄丸治疗可有效改善糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗、糖脂代谢及血糖水平。Objective The effects of acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill on insulin resistance,glucose and lipid metabolism and blood glucose level in diabetic patients were analyzed.Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients admitted to Yichang Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and grouped according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin sustained-release tablets.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill on the basis of the control group.The improvement of insulin resistance index and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of insulin resistance index,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill can effectively improve insulin resistance,glucose and lipid metabolism and blood glucose level in diabetic patients.
