摘　　要：目的 分析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)心血管并发症诊断中颈部血管超声联合常规心电图的诊断价值。方法 选取2023年9月—2024年5月联勤保障部队第910医院接收的178例T2DM患者为研究对象,均实施颈部血管超声联合常规心电图检测,以心血管造影为诊断金标准,比较颈部血管超声、常规心电图单独及联合检测对T2DM心血管并发症的诊断效能。结果 心血管造影结果显示,80例患者确诊T2DM心血管并发症。颈部血管超声检出阳性92例,常规心电图检出阳性92例,联合检测检出阳性81例。颈部血管超声、常规心电图联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于单一检测,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 颈部血管超声联合常规心电图在T2DM心血管并发症诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,两者互补性强,能够全面评估T2DM患者心血管健康状况,为心血管并发症早期诊断提供依据。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of cervical vascular ultrasound combined with routine electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of cardiovascular complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 178 patients with T2DM admitted to 910th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from September 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by cervical vascular ultrasound combined with routine electrocardiogram.With angiocardiography as the diagnostic gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of cervical vascular ultrasound and routine electrocardiogram alone and combined detection on cardiovascular complications of T2DM was compared.Results Angiocardiography showed that 80 patients were diagnosed with cardiovascular complications of T2DM.There were 92 positive cases detected by cervical vascular ultrasound,92 positive cases detected by routine electrocardiogram,and 81 positive cases detected by combined detection.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection of cervical vascular ultrasound and routine electrocardiogram were higher than those of single detection,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical vascular ultrasound combined with routine electrocardiogram has a high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of cardiovascular complications in T2DM.The two are highly complementary,which can comprehensively evaluate the cardiovascular health status of T2DM patients and provide a basis for early diagnosis of cardiovascular complications.
