肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平及血糖水平的研究

摘　　要：目的 分析肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平及血糖水平。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年12月莆田市第一医院收治的198例肿瘤患者,根据是否合并糖尿病分组,其中合并糖尿病为研究组,未合并糖尿病为对照组,各99例。所有患者均进行了临床化疗,比较两组血清肿瘤标志物水平及空腹血糖水平。结果 化疗前,两组空腹血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗后,两组空腹血糖水平升高,且研究组空腹血糖水平相较于对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。化疗前,两组血清肿瘤标志物水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。化疗后,两组的血清肿瘤标志物水平均下降,研究组糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原、糖类抗原199、糖类抗原153水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 化疗后血清肿瘤标志物水平降低,血糖水平升高,但合并糖尿病对血清肿瘤标志物水平的影响并不明显。Objective To analyze the levels of serum tumor markers and blood glucose in patients with tumor and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 198 tumor patients admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2023to December 2024 were selected and grouped according to whether they were complicated with diabetes mellitus.Among them,99 patients with diabetes mellitus were in the study group and 99 patients without diabetes mellitus were in the control group.All patients underwent clinical chemotherapy,and the levels of serum tumor markers and fasting plasma glucose were compared between the two groups.Results Before chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in fasting plasma glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).After chemotherapy,the fasting plasma glucose level of the two groups increased,and the fasting plasma glucose level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Before chemotherapy,there were no significant differences in serum tumor markers levels between the two groups(all P>0.05).After chemotherapy,the levels of serum tumor markers in both groups decreased,the levels of carbohydrate antigen 125,carcinoembryonic antigen,carbohydrate antigen 199 and carbohydrate antigen 153 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion After chemotherapy,the level of serum tumor markers decreases and blood glucose level increases,but the effect of diabetes mellitus on the level of serum tumor markers is not obvious.
