德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者的疗效深入分析

摘　　要：目的 分析德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液治疗新诊断2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 选取2022年7月—2024年7月太仓市沙溪人民医院收治的新诊断2型糖尿病患者94例。依据治疗方法的不同分为两组,每组47例,参考组应用达格列净二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组应用德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液治疗。比较两组血糖水平、血糖达标时间、治疗有效率、低血糖发生率、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均更低,血糖达标时间更短,治疗有效率更高,低血糖发生率及不良反应发生率均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 德谷胰岛素利拉鲁肽注射液治疗可以降低新诊断2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,缩短血糖达标时间,提高治疗有效率,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the efficacy of insulin degludec liraglutide injection in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 94 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Shaxi People's Hospital of Taicang from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,47 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with dapagliflozin metformin sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with insulin degludec liraglutide injection.The blood glucose levels,blood glucose compliance time,treatment efficiency,incidence of hypoglycemia and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower,the blood glucose compliance time of the observation group was shorter,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher,and the incidences of hypoglycemia and adverse reactions were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin degludec liraglutide injection can reduce the blood glucose level of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,shorten the time of blood glucose reaching the standard,improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
