中药熏蒸与止痒息风汤治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒疗效及对患者血糖的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探究糖尿病皮肤瘙痒患者应用中药熏蒸和止痒息风汤治疗的效果。方法 纳入2019年1月—2023年12月江苏省连云港市赣榆区中医院收治的60例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒患者,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=30)、基础组(n=30)。基础组给予常规治疗方案,研究组在基础组上加用中药熏蒸联合止痒息风汤治疗。比较两组临床症状积分、治疗效果、血糖水平。结果 治疗后,研究组瘙痒面积、瘙痒程度、每日瘙痒持续时间、瘙痒频率评分均低于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于基础组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于基础组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 采用中药熏蒸疗法与服用止痒息风汤能有效减轻糖尿病皮肤瘙痒患者的症状评分,提高治疗效果,改善血糖水平。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Zhiyang Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of diabetic skin pruritus.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic skin pruritus admitted to Ganyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to December 2023 were included.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(n=30) and basic group(n=30).The basic group was given routine treatment,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Zhiyang Xifeng Decoction on the basic group.The clinical symptom scores,treatment effect,and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of pruritus area,pruritus degree,daily pruritus duration and pruritus frequency in the study group were lower than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the study group were lower than those in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Zhiyang Xifeng Decoction can effectively reduce the symptom score of patients with diabetic skin pruritus,improve the therapeutic effect and improve the blood glucose level.
