摘　　要：目的 分析强化临床基础护理对重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的干预效果。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年4月胜利油田中心医院收治的100例重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者,按护理方法的不同分组,各50例,对比常规护理(对照组)和强化临床基础护理(观察组)的血糖水平及生活质量。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,观察组总体健康、社会功能、精神状况、情感职能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施强化临床基础护理,可改善患者血糖水平,促进患者快速康复,提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the intervention effect of strengthening clinical basic nursing on patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.The blood glucose level and quality of life of routine nursing(control group) and strengthening clinical basic nursing(observation group) were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of general health,social function,mental status and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening clinical basic nursing for patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis can improve the blood glucose level,promote the rapid recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
