全程无缝隙护理模式在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨全程无缝隙护理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年2月—2023年2月淄博市职业病防治院接收的终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者92例,按护理模式的不同分为对照组(46例,常规护理模式),观察组(46例,全程无缝隙护理模式)。比较两组血糖水平、护理满意度、自我效能、生活质量。结果 护理后,与对照组相比,观察组症状管理、疾病共性管理、生活质量评分更高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意度较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 终末期糖尿病肾病患者血液透析期间实施全程无缝隙护理模式患者的信任和满意度更高,有助于改善患者的血糖控制效果、自我效能,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the application effect of whole-course seamless nursing in hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 92 hemodialysis patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy received by Zibo Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023were selected and divided into control group(46 cases,routine nursing mode) and observation group(46 cases,wholecourse seamless nursing mode) according to different nursing modes.The blood glucose levels,nursing satisfaction,self-efficacy,and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of symptom management,disease common management and quality of life in the observation group were higher,and the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy undergoing whole-course seamless nursing during hemodialysis have higher trust and satisfaction,which can help improve the blood glucose control effect,improve patients' self-efficacy and their quality of life.
