系统化护理在老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究系统化护理在老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1—12月济南市第七人民医院收治的老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者68例,按护理方法的不同分为两组,即KL组、XW组,各34例,两组分别采用常规及系统化护理,比较两组血糖水平、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果XW组并发症发生率低于KL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,XW组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于KL组,生活质量评分均高于KL组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 采用系统化护理老年糖尿病合并重症呼吸衰竭患者,能有效控制患者血糖水平,提高其生活质量,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe respiratory failure.Methods A total of 68 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe respiratory failure admitted to Jinan Seventh People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into KL group and XW group according to different nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine and systematic nursing respectively.The blood glucose levels,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the XW group was lower than that in the KL group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose levels in the XW group were lower than those in the KL group,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the KL group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with severe respiratory failure can effectively control the blood glucose level,improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
