摘　　要：目的 分析个案护理联合全媒体健康教育对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及健康行为的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年10月于宁阳县中医院就诊的初诊2型糖尿病患者86例,按护理方法不同分为两组,各43例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施个案护理联合全媒体健康教育。护理6个月后评估两组血糖控制情况、健康行为、生活质量。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、糖尿病特异性生活质量量表评分均较对照组更低,健康行为能力自评量表评分均较对照组更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 个案护理联合全媒体健康教育可提高初诊2型糖尿病患者健康行为,降低血糖水平,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of case nursing combined with all-media health education on blood glucose control and health behavior in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2022 to October 2023,a total of 86 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in Ningyang County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given case nursing combined with all-media health education.After 6 months of nursing,the blood glucose control,health behavior and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c and Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of Self-rated Abilities for Health Practices Scale were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Case nursing combined with all-media health education can improve the health behavior of patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus,reduce blood glucose levels,and improve the quality of life.
