摘　　要：目的 探讨定制化营养干预在肢体骨折合并糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者血糖控制及康复中的作用。方法 选取2022年3月—2024年3月在南京市江宁医院接受手术治疗的102例肢体骨折合并DM患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为两组。常规组(51例)接受常规护理,观察组(51例)则额外接受定制化营养干预。对比两组血糖水平、营养状态、护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。护理后,观察组营养状态评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 定制化营养干预在肢体骨折合并DM患者的护理中能够有效控制患者血糖水平,改善术后营养状态,并提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of customized nutritional intervention on blood glucose control and rehabilitation in patients with limb fracture complicated with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods A total of 102 patients with limb fracture and DM who underwent surgical treatment in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The routine group(51 cases) received routine nursing,while the observation group(51 cases) received additional customized nutritional intervention.The blood glucose levels,nutritional status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing,the nutritional status score of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Customized nutritional intervention in the nursing of patients with limb fracture combined with DM can effectively control the patients' blood glucose level,improve the postoperative nutritional status,and increase the patients' nursing satisfaction.
