个体化饮食管理结合运动指导在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者护理中个体化饮食管理结合运动指导的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月—2024年9月盐城市第一人民医院收治的GDM患者90例,按不同的护理方式分为对照组(常规护理)、研究组(在对照组基础上加入个体化饮食管理结合运动指导),各45例。比较两组糖代谢水平、饮食控制评分及自护能力情况。结果 分娩前,研究组餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,饮食控制及自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 GDM患者接受个体化饮食管理结合运动指导护理方案,血糖及饮食控制情况良好且可提高自护能力。Objective To analyze the application effect of individualized diet management combined with exercise guidance in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 90 patients with GDM admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2022 to September 2024 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing) and study group(individualized diet management combined with exercise guidance on the basis of the control group) according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The levels of glucose metabolism,diet control score and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results Before delivery,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of diet control and self-care ability were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion GDM patients received individualized diet management combined with exercise guidance nursing program,blood glucose and diet control were good and self-care ability could be improved.
