循证护理改善合并糖尿病的危重症患者血糖水平的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨危重症合并糖尿病患者实施循证护理的临床效果。方法 选取2023年1—12月在江苏省中医药研究院接受治疗的120例危重症合并糖尿病患者,按护理方法不同分组。对照组(60例,应用常规护理),观察组(60例,应用循证护理)。比较两组压力性损伤发生率、负性情绪、血糖水平、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 危重症合并糖尿病患者实施循证护理,能够降低患者的血糖水平,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,预防或减少压力性损伤,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in critically ill patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 critically ill patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in the Jiangsu Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.The control group(60 cases,routine nursing),the observation group(60 cases,evidence-based nursing).The incidence of stress injury,negative emotion,blood glucose levels,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of blood glucose(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c) Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of pressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing in critically ill patients with diabetes mellitus can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve anxiety and depression,prevent or reduce stress injury,and improve nursing satisfaction.
