活血生肌膏结合负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 分析活血生肌膏+负压封闭引流技术(vaccum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法 择取2022年6月—2023年12月单县人民医院内科收治的糖尿病足患者64例,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=32)、研究组(n=32),对照组接受VSD治疗,研究组接受活血生肌膏+VSD治疗。比较两组不同时间创面面积缩小率、VSD装置更换次数、创面愈合时间、治疗总有效率及治疗21 d时肉芽组织评分与分泌物评分。结果 治疗后14 d、21 d、28 d,研究组创面面积缩小率均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组VSD装置更换次数更少,创面愈合时间更短,治疗21 d时肉芽组织评分与分泌物评分均更低,治疗总有效率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 活血生肌膏+VSD治疗糖尿病足,可促进创面愈合,减少VSD更换次数,改善肉芽组织、分泌物情况,提升治疗总有效率,效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Shengji Ointment+vaccum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods From June 2022 to December 2023,a total of 64 patients with diabetic foot admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine of Shan County People's Hospital were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=32) and study group(n=32).The control group received VSD treatment,and the study group received Huoxue Shengji Ointment+VSD treatment.The wound area reduction rate,VSD device replacement times,wound healing time,total effective rate of treatment,granulation tissue score and secretion score at 21 days of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results At 14 d,21 d and 28 d after treatment,the reduction rate of wound area in the study group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The VSD device replacement times in the study group was less,the wound healing time was shorter,the granulation tissue score and secretion score at 21 days of treatment were lower,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot with Huoxue Shengji Ointment+VSD can promote wound healing,reduce the number of VSD replacements,improve granulation tissue and secretions,and improve the total effective rate of treatment,the effect is significant.
