摘  要:本综述详细阐述了抗阻运动的定义、强度频率时间界定及其生理学机制,包括肌肉代谢变化、内分泌调节及肌纤维类型改变等。通过分析多项研究发现,抗阻运动对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果显著,对空腹血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白水平均具有较好的控制效果。同时,可有效改善胰岛素抵抗,增加肌肉量与葡萄糖转运体4储备,调节胰岛素信号通路。在脂质代谢方面,抗阻运动能改善2型糖尿病患者血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。This review elaborates on the definition of resistance exercise,the definition of intensity frequency time and its physiological mechanism,including changes in muscle metabolism,endocrine regulation and changes in muscle fiber types.Through the analysis of a number of studies,it is found that resistance exercise has a significant effect on blood glucose control in patients with type 2 diabetes,and has a good control effect on fasting blood glucose level and glycated hemoglobin A1c level.At the same time,it can effectively improve insulin resistance,increase muscle mass and glucose transporter 4 reserve,and regulate insulin signaling pathway.In terms of lipid metabolism,resistance exercise can improve serum triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in patients with type 2 diabetes.
