摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素泵在妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者中的应用效果及对脂肪因子的影响。方法选取2023年4月—2024年8月寿光市人民医院收治的76例GDM患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为两组,各38例。对照组采用胰岛素皮下注射治疗,观察组采用胰岛素泵治疗。比较两组血糖水平、脂肪因子、血清半胱氨酸及不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血清半胱氨酸、脂肪趋化素及瘦素水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵用于GDM患者中的治疗效果良好,能降低患者血糖、脂肪因子、血清半胱氨酸水平,有助于改善患者不良妊娠结局。Objective To investigate the application effect of insulin pump in patients with gestational diabetes melli-tus(GDM)and its effect on adipokines.Methods A total of 76 patients with GDM admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from April 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin subcutaneous injection,and the observation group was treated with insulin pump.The blood glucose level,adipokines,serum cyste-ine,and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,serum cysteine,fat chemokine and leptin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin pump is effective in the treatment of GDM patients,which can reduce the levels of blood glucose and adipokines,and help to improve the ad-verse pregnancy outcomes of patients.
