抗阻运动对老年2型糖尿病合并肌少症患者血糖控制及活动能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探究老年2型糖尿病合并肌少症患者应用抗阻运动对改善血糖控制及活动能力的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年10月沭阳县中医院收治的300例老年2型糖尿病合并肌少症患者。根据治疗方法不同分为干预组(n=150)、对照组(n=150)。对照组给予基础运动治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上进行抗阻运动。比较两组血糖水平、平衡能力、跌倒风险。结果干预后,与对照组比较,干预组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。干预3、6个月后,与对照组比较,干预组平衡能力评分均更高,跌倒风险均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论抗阻运动能够改善老年2型糖尿病合并肌少症患者的血糖水平,提高平衡能力,减少跌倒风险。Objective To explore the effect of resistance exercise on improving blood glucose control and activity abil-ity in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sarcopenia.Methods A total of 300 elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sarcopenia admitted to Shuyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into intervention group(n=150)and control group(n=150).The control group was given basic exercise therapy,and the intervention group was given resistance exercise on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose level,balance ability and fall risk were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the intervention group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 3 and 6 months of intervention,compared with the control group,the balance ability score of the intervention group was higher and the risk of falls was lower,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Resistance exer-cise can improve the blood glucose level of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with sarcopenia,improve the balance ability and reduce the risk of falls.
