血脂指标在糖尿病合并高血脂症患者生化检验中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病合并高血脂症生化检验中血脂指标单独检测与联合检测的临床价值。方法收集2023年8月—2024年5月上海市金山区亭林医院收治的糖尿病合并高血脂症患者116例为观察组,收集同期116例单纯糖尿病患者作为对照组,两组患者均接受血脂指标检测,对比两组患者生化指标水平并分析诊断效能。结果观察组总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)水平均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein choles-terol,HDL-C)低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检测的灵敏度及特异度最高,TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG及联合检测诊断的曲线下面积分别为0.940、0.908、0.786、0.927、0.998。结论糖尿病患者合并高血脂症患者可通过血脂指标对其进行诊断,TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG联合检测能有效提高诊断效能,具有较高的灵敏度与特异度。Objective To analyze the clinical value of single detection and combined detection of blood lipid indexes in biochemical test of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods From August 2023 to May 2024,116 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to Shanghai Jinshan Tinglin Hospital were collected as the observation group,and 116 patients with simple diabetes mellitus were collected as the control group.Both groups of patients received blood lipid index detection,compared the biochemical index levels of the two groups of patients and analyzed the diagnostic efficacy.Results The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were highest.The area under the curve of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG and combined detection was 0.940,0.908,0.786,0.927 and 0.998,respectively.Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia can be diagnosed by blood lipid indexes.The combined detection of TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and TG can effectively improve the diagnostic efficacy and has high sensitivity and specificity.
