探究血清C肽、糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖联合检测在糖尿病患者诊断中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清C肽(C-peptide,C-P)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)与空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)联合检测在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)患者诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性选取2023年7月—2024年6月在厦门大学附属第一医院同安院区就诊的62例单纯DM患者的临床资料作为观察组,同期收集79例健康体检者的临床资料作为对照组。对两组研究对象分别进行血清C-P、FPG联合HbA1c的检测,并对比分析两组各指标水平,同时评估上述指标单独及联合检测的诊断效能。结果观察组血清C-P、FPG、HbA1c水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均高于单一检测,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论血清C-P、HbA1c与FPG联合检测在DM患者诊断中的诊断效能优于单一指标检测,有助于提高DM诊断的准确度和可靠性。Objective To explore the clinical application value of serum C-peptide(C-P),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 62 pa-tients with simple DM who were treated in Tong'an Campus of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from July 2023 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and the clinical data of 79 healthy sub-jects were collected as the control group.The levels of serum C-P,FPG combined with HbA1c were detected in the two groups,and the levels of each index between the two groups were compared and analyzed.At the same time,the diagnostic efficacy of the above indexes alone and combined detection was evaluated.Results The levels of serum C-P,FPG and HbA1c in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined detection were higher than those of single detection,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum C-P,HbA1c and FPG has high clinical application value in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus patients,and its diagnostic efficacy is better than that of the single-indicator test,which helps to improve the accuracy and reliability of the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
