参芪降糖片与甘精胰岛素联合应用治疗老年2型糖尿病患者的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者采用参芪降糖片联合甘精胰岛素治疗的疗效与安全性。方法选取2023年1月—2024年3月在泉州市安溪县官桥医院接受治疗的80例老年T2DM患者,通过不同治疗方法分为两组,每组40例。探究组采用参芪降糖片与甘精胰岛素的联合治疗,而常规组则仅接受甘精胰岛素治疗。对比两组血糖水平、胰岛功能以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,探究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素、胰岛抵抗指数均低于常规组,胰岛β细胞功能指数高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与常规组相比,探究组不良反应发生率略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于老年T2DM患者,联合应用参芪降糖片与甘精胰岛素能够更有效地改善胰岛功能并控制血糖水平,且安全性良好,未明显增加不良反应。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablet combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with T2DM who were treated in Anxi County Guanqiao Hospital of Quanzhou from January 2023 to March 2024 were se-lected and divided into two groups by different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The inquiry group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Tablet combined with insulin glargine,while the conventional group was treated with in-sulin glargine only.The blood glucose levels,islet function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated he-moglobin A1c,fasting insulin and islet resistance index in the inquiry group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the isletβ-cell function index was higher than that in the conventional group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the conventional group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the inquiry group was slightly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with T2DM,the combined application of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablet and insulin glargine can more effectively improve is-let function and control blood glucose levels,with good safety and no significant increase the adverse reactions.
