麦味地黄汤加减联合二甲双胍治疗对2型糖尿病患者中医证候积分及血糖水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病患者在二甲双胍治疗基础上联合麦味地黄汤加减治疗的效果。方法选取2024年1—10月北京市密云区不老屯镇社区卫生服务中心收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同,将患者分为参照组与研究组,其中参照组(40例)给予二甲双胍治疗,研究组(40例)在参照组治疗的基础上增加麦味地黄汤加减治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、血糖水平、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,与参照组相比,研究组多食易饥、口干咽燥、夜尿频多及形体消瘦积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为7.50%(3/40),与参照组的10.00%(4/40)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.156,P>0.05)。结论麦味地黄汤加减与二甲双胍联合治疗更利于缓解2型糖尿病患者的中医证候积分,控制血糖水平,提高临床疗效,且不会增加用药风险,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Beijing Miyun District Bulaotun Town Community Health Service Center from January to October 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the reference group and the study group.The reference group(40 cases)was treated with metformin,and the study group(40 cases)was treated with modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome scores,blood glucose levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the reference group,the study group had lower scores of hunger,dry mouth and pharynx,frequent nocturia,body weight loss and levels of fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glu-cose and glycated hemoglobin A1c,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%(3/40),compared with 10.00%(4/40)in the reference group,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.156,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Maiwei Dihuang Decoction and metformin is more conducive to alleviating the traditional Chinese medi-cine syndrome score of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,controlling blood glucose level,improving clinical effi-cacy,and will not increase the risk of medication,with high safety.
