达格列净联合西格列汀对老年2型糖尿病合并心律失常患者糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨达格列净联合西格列汀在老年2型糖尿病合并心律失常患者的应用效果及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法选择2022年5月—2024年8月寿光市人民医院接收的114例老年2型糖尿病合并心律失常患者,按治疗方法不同分为两组。对照组(n=57)给予达格列净干预,观察组(n=57)在对照组的基础上进行西格列汀干预。比较两组糖脂代谢水平、炎症因子、不良反应发生率。结果干预后,与对照组比较,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-18、C反应蛋白水平均更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论达格列净联合西格列汀用于老年2型糖尿病合并心律失常患者效果良好,能降低患者血糖水平,改善血脂代谢水平,降低患者体内炎症反应,且药物具有较高的安全性。Objective To investigate the application effect of dapagliflozin combined with sitagliptin in elderly pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with arrhythmia and its effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods From May 2022 to August 2024,a total of 114 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with arrhythmia received by Shouguang People's Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to dif-ferent treatment methods.The control group(n=57)was given dapagliflozin intervention,and the observation group(n=57)was given sitagliptin intervention on the basis of the control group.The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism,in-flammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After interven-tion,compared with the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,interleukin-6,interleukin-18,C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower,and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ad-verse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dapagliflozin combined with sitagliptin has a good ef-fect on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with arrhythmia.It can reduce the blood glucose level,improve the blood lipid metabolism level,reduce the inflammatory response in patients,and the drug has high safety.
