摘　　要：目的研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦对慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)合并糖尿病患者临床症状的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2023年12月盱眙县中医院连续收治的CHF合并糖尿病患者80例作为研究对象。根据不同的治疗方法进行分组,其中应用缬沙坦治疗的40例为对照组,选用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗的40例作为研究组。比较两组心功能、血糖指标及症状缓解情况。结果治疗后,研究组心排血量、心输出量均高于对照组,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,呼吸困难、乏力心悸评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗CHF合并糖尿病患者,能有效缓解患者的临床症状。Objective To study the effect of sacubitril valsartan on the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with CHF and diabetes melli-tus who were admitted to Xuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,40 patients treated with valsartan were se-lected as the control group,and 40 patients treated with sacubitril valsartan were selected as the study group.The car-diac function,blood glucose index and symptom relief were compared between the two groups.Results After treat-ment,the cardiac output and cardiac output of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the levels of fasting plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of dyspnea,fatigue and palpitation were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of CHF patients with diabetes mellitus can effec-tively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.
