摘　　要：目的研究对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施共情护理结合SBAR(Situation,Background,Assessment,Recommen-dation)沟通系统的临床效果及临床安全性。方法选取2021年5月—2023年5月山东省济宁市兖州区人民医院就诊的50例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照护理方法的不同分组,参照组(25例)实施常规护理,观察组(25例)在参照组基础上实施共情护理结合SBAR沟通系统,对比两组的护理总满意度、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分、血糖水平。结果与参照组比较,观察组护理总满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分、血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白)水平均比参照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论共情护理结合SBAR沟通系统改善了妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,减少负性情绪出现,提高护理满意度。Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of empathy nursing combined with SBAR(Situation,Background,Assessment,Recommendation)communication system in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 50 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who were treated in Yanzhou District People's Hos-pital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected.According to different nursing methods,the reference group(25 cases)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(25 cases)was given empathy nursing combined with SBAR communication system on the basis of the reference group.The total nursing satisfaction,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores and blood glucose levels of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating De-pression Scale and blood glucose(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Empathy nursing combined with SBAR communication system can improve the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,reduce the occurrence of negative emotions,and im-prove nursing satisfaction.
