摘　　要：目的分析专科护理干预对子宫肌瘤并糖尿病患者的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月就诊于日照市北经济开发区医院的80例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者,按照不同护理方法分为对照组(40例,常规护理)以及观察组(40例,专科护理干预),对两组围手术期并发症发生率、自护能力、血糖水平进行比较。结果观察组围手术期并发症发生率相比于对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组自护能力评分相比于对照组更高,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平相比于对照组均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论专科护理干预针对子宫肌瘤并糖尿病患者应用后效果显著,能一定程度降低围手术期并发症的发生情况。Objective To analyze the effect of specialist nursing intervention on patients with uterine fibroids and dia-betes mellitus.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,a total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes from Hospital of Rizhao North Economic Development Zone were selected and divided into the control group(40 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(40 cases,specialized nursing intervention)according to different nursing methods.The incidence of perioperative complications,self-care ability and blood glucose levels were com-pared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of perioperative complications in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher,the levels of fasting blood glu-cose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of specialist nursing intervention on patients with uterine fibroids and diabetes is significant,which can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative complications.
